My first source of inspiration for this theme comes from the artwork. I wanted to combine the meanings of ''Mère'' (Mother) and ''Mer'' (Sea) that are phonetically the same in French, and that are present in the artwork. I secondly pulled inspiration from the theme "Inside my world" through my music. I did my best trying to transport the listener into the world in the picture through the combination of ambient sounds and the emotions depicted in the artwork.

« The sea beckons. A voice traverses the horizon and a gentle current immerses your heart. The music box starts playing, that melody full of nostalgia that you've known since forever. »
« Drawn in by memories, you dive into the ocean of light. A soft warmth envelops you, embracing arms guiding you, full of love and tenderness. It is she who cradles you. »
« Mother, I love you, how to put it into words? My feelings for you are as a river ever flowing. These clear waters in which I bathe, here we will live. »

1 - WOW! The water samples are my favorite. So much all around creativity here. It really starts feeling dramatic. Quite an emotional roller coaster. A very very strong start.
2 - Very very mysterious intro. Quite dramatic as well. Beautiful :)
3 - A joyful intro! So many little textures all over the place! Beautiful and ambient. Absolutely impressive.
I have nothing I'd add to these tracks. They are seriously impressive on their own. This is a very beautiful soundtrack. Guaranteed top 20.. ;)
